All artworks, homeware, and commissions are created and sold by The Horse Artist (trading as Georgina Leigh).
We take great pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide excellent service to every customer.
Orders can be placed through our website. Payment must be made in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed (for example, with commissioned artwork where a deposit is taken).
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Commissioned portraits are custom-made and therefore not eligible for cancellation or refund once the initial deposit has been paid.
The deposit confirms your booking and secures your place in the artist’s schedule.
You will be kept updated throughout the process, and every effort will be made to ensure you are delighted with the final result.
We take great care to ensure that all products are accurately described and beautifully finished.
Minor variations in colour or design may occur due to the handmade or printed nature of our items.
Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched via trusted couriers.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we will always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs so we can resolve the issue.
We hope you love your purchase, but if there’s a problem, please get in touch.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence.
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind about a non-commissioned item (such as coasters, prints, or homeware), you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect resale condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
All artworks, prints, and designs remain the copyright of The Horse Artist (Georgina Leigh).
No images may be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
